  • Author Registration categories (R1 or R2) cover maximum one paper. Each registration has the possibility to have one paper more with an additional fee

    USD90: after July 5th

Camera ready instructions 

Please remember that the final version of your paper must be submitted via Easychair and also checked in PDF EXPRESS. This is mandatory to be included in the proceedings of the conference as well as in the IEEE Database.

The Conference CODE will be provided by the Publication Chair of IEEE STSIVA (This will be sent to all authors of accepted papers).

No-show Policy

All papers must be presented at the conference to be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library® . Please, take into account this policy to avoid inconveniences.

Post-proceedings

Accepted (and presented) papers will be published in conference proceedings and made available via the IEEE Xplore Digital Library®, and (per IEEE’s policy) submitted to the Scopus database for indexing. At least one paper author must register and present the paper at the event.
